We believe homes can make us think better, feel better,
heal faster, dream bigger, and grow into better versions of ourselves, as individuals, and as societies.

We use the most natural of materials, and give
preference to that which is locally available.
Predominantly sustainable wood/wood
products and certified timber
Porotherm bricks with low thermal heat and
compressed, stabilised earthen blocks that
greatly reduce carbon footprint
Aluminium windows with recycled content of
metal for windows and some doors
Low-E glass is used wherever
necessary to reduce heat
None of the topsoil is wasted. It all goes back into our homes, and forms the base for every brick, and is alsointegrated into the landscape.
Sunlight is harnessed to light every corner, generate power, and heat water.
All rainwater from terraces is collected, treated and reused. Surface rainwater (on roads/landscape) is recharged into the ground, to help sustain ground water levels. Bathroom fixtures are flow-rate-certified to save 30% more water when compared to regular taps, faucets and showers.
